To display a video in an individual archive post, again, you should upload your video first to YouTube (or your favorite video hosting service). Next, paste the URL for the video in the text body of your post. You can see that in action by clicking on “This is a Video Test” from the Posts in our dashboard.
A few additional notes: First, please e-mail Kristin with the title of your video post, and she will fix your archive page so that it does not contain redundant images (kjones@mills.edu). Second, because your video will be hosted on YouTube (for example), it simply doesn’t make sense to include any uploaded file, so you can leave that field blank (instead, YouTube automatically provides a shareable link, and that is how your audience would grab your content). Third, for the image that represents your archive post inside the carousel, be sure to upload a screenshot of your video; the video itself will not be in the carousel, but it will appear that way, which is desirable.
