This is a flyer for a Halloween event hosted by the Pacific Center for gay men and lesbians under 21. In the 80s, especially, the Pacific Center began to focus heavily on youth outreach. As former Executive Director Akaya Windwood noted, youth rap groups and events quickly became incredibly popular, and some of the most attended programs that the Pacific Center offered.
