Kathy Delacour’s loved ones remember her as very caring and charismatic. She was someone to whom others were drawn, and everyone on the Avenue knew who she was. Always at the center of the street scene, she went out of her way to be kind to others, but, in the words of Rachel Krech, “You didn’t want to get on her bad side.” Though others remember her as uniquely beautiful, she was insecure about her size-10 feet, which she thought were too large.
